Hornby & Levy are a niche family law and mediation practice, and we have been established in Brixton, south London, for over 20 years.

We advise and act for clients in the local community, and beyond. We have a long and well established international practice with particular specialisations in child abductions and relocation applications.

We have members of the Law Society Children Panel and Resolution, including an accredited Resolution specialist. We are Lexcel accredited and have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency, which means that we can provide legal aid services where the client is eligible.

We provide to all our clients, whether legally aided or privately paying, a professional and efficient service. We use our best efforts to achieve our client’s wishes, and we aim to provide a holistic service, which may include enlisting the skills of appropriate experts, or referring our clients to other support agencies.

We offer a separate mediation service for privately paying clients.”
