Adoption

We act for couples or single people who wish to adopt a child and this can be publicly funded, privately funded or our fees can be paid for by the Local Authority. 

We can advise you as to what the effects of adoption are. If you are a family member of the child, you may want to consider applying for a “Special Guardianship Order”.

We also act for natural parents who have been served with an application for adoption.
